Moby Dick III is a 61' ketch built by the owner in the garden behind the house from plywood. Unfortunately, due to the use of screws made of a worse alloy, it was necessary to replace them - and there were about 6,000 of them. After the replacement, each new screw was capped, the sides were led out and painted in a new color "Atlantic Grey". The ballast was sandblasted and then painted with anti-corrosion paint, primers and anti-fouling paint. Apart from that, there were some minor repairs - such as sealing the hull around the chainplates, repairing the local damage on the transom, replacing the bumper strip, restoring the portholes, replacing the anodes and corrections regarding the electrical installation.
